We are holding a 45-day public comment period for the Perma-Fix Northwest (PFNW) Mixed Waste Facility Dangerous Waste draft permit renewal.
This proposed permit renewal would include updates to the 1999 PFNW Dangerous Waste Permit (current Permit) to contain existing, installed, and operable treatment units used in waste storage and treatment operations for the proposed renewal period.
The permittee is for the Perma-Fix Northwest (PFNW) draft permit renewal is Perma-Fix Northwest Richland, Inc. PFNW is located in southeastern Washington, north of the City of Richland.
