State Waste Discharge Permit Application

We invite you to express your views on the State Waste Discharge Permit Application for Lincoln Rock Hydrogen Facility in East Wenatchee (Douglas County) from April 29 – June 5, 2025, 11:59 p.m.

Douglas County PUD, 1151 Valley Mall Parkway, East Wenatchee has applied for a new water quality State Waste Discharge Permit for Lincoln Rock Hydrogen Facility located at 174 Hydrogen Way, East Wenatchee (Douglas County) in accordance with the provisions of Revised Code of Washington Chapters 90.48 and Chapter 173-216 Washington Administrative Code. This is for discharge of process wastewater to ground through an infiltration gallery and land application fields located on-site.

The Department of Ecology proposes to develop this permit. After Douglas County PUD sends us a complete application, we tentatively plan to issue a State Waste Discharge Permit for the discharges. All who respond to this notice will receive notice when the final permit is issued.
