We invite your comments on the draft modified permit no. WA0501491 being issued to Guemes Channel Holdings LLC. The proposed modification includes removing the submission requirements for the Collect bids for Construction, Construction Complete, Operation and Maintenance Manual and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plant.

Background
We regulate wastewater released from municipalities and industries using the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Wastewater Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes directly into lakes, rivers, Puget Sound, or the ocean (surface water).
