SkyNRG Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Production Facility Project, Final SEPA Determination

We invite your comments on the Final Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS) that was issued for the SkyNRG Sustainable Aviation Fuel Manufacturing Facility Project in Walla Walla County. Ecology has determined that, with mitigation, the proposed project will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.

SkyNRG is proposing to construct a Sustainable Aviation Fuel Production Facility on approximately 165 acres within the Wallula Gap Business Park in Walla Walla County. The project will convert gaseous feedstocks (primarily renewable natural gas) into aviation fuel and renewable diesel. Due to on-site fuel stage capacity, Ecology is the lead agency under SEPA. However, Walla Walla County will issue the first permit associated with the project (Critical Areas Permit).
