Greenwood Mushrooms Sunnyside I.A. LLC

This application, and other available information, is for the development of a new permit to discharge industrial wastewater to the Port of Sunnyside and by ground application from its facility located at 1111 Midvale Road, Sunnyside, WA.    

We are seeking comments about our tentative decision to develop and issue a permit. Our proposed permit has effluent limits and special permit conditions that will prevent and control pollution. With these conditions in place, discharges will meet the state standards. After we review all comments we receive from this notice, we will make a final permit decision (determination).

Background
