Announcement of Availability of Renewal Application

We invite your comments on the permit renewal application for reissuance of draft permit No. ST0008032 for National Frozen Foods Moses Lake Facility located in Grant County.  The permit authorizes the discharge of process wastewater via land application.  

Visit PARIS, Ecology's Water Quality Permitting and Reporting Information System website to view the application online.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs).  Learn more about water quality individual permits.
