We invite your comments on the Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) that was issued for the Land Base Expansion Project for Permit No. ST0008032 for National Frozen Foods (Moses Lake) Facility in Grant County.

Ecology has determined that the proposed project will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.

Background

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs).  Learn more about water quality individual permits.
