Pangborn Memorial Airport, Wenatchee

This application, and other available information, is for the development of a permit to discharge of industrial wastewater to Douglas County Sewer District #1 from Pangborn Memorial Airport, 1 Pangborn Drive, East Wenatchee, WA 98802.

All discharges to be in compliance with the Water Quality Standards for a permit to be issued. We made a tentative determination to develop and issue a proposed permit based on the effluent limitations and special permit conditions that will prevent and control pollution. A final determination will not be made until all timely comments received in response to this notice have been reviewed.
