We invite your comments on the permit application for Sila Nanotechnologies' carbon silicon anode manufacturing facility in Moses Lake, Washington. The permit would authorize the discharge of process wastewater to the City of Moses Lake Dunes Wastewater Treatment Facility in Grant County.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs). Learn more about water quality individual permits.
