Chapter 173-166 WAC – Emergency Drought Relief
This rule details Ecology’s procedures for drought declarations and drought relief management.
Join us at our virtual listening session. We will provide information about the scope of this rule update and gather input to inform draft rule language. We’ll use your feedback to inform the formal draft rule, which we intend to propose in Fall 2025.
Background
Ecology announced rulemaking to amend chapter 173-166 WAC – Emergency Drought Relief. Public engagement is an important part of this multi-year process.
