Chapter 173-167 WAC Emergency Drought Funding (2023)
On July 24, 2023, Ecology adopted a new emergency rule chapter 173-167 WAC, Emergency Drought Funding. This emergency rule describes applicant and project eligibility criteria for grant funds to alleviate hardship resulting from the drought declared on July 24, 2023. The rule expired Nov. 20, 2023.
