Withdrawal of proposed rule by the Code Reviser's Office (WSR 15-16-100) (August 4, 2015) The rule to establish water quality standards for toxics in Washington, previously proposed in January 2015, was not adopted. Based on directive from the Governor's office, this proposed rule was withdrawn on August 4, 2015.
