Chapters 173-507, 173-508, 173-513, 173-514, and 173-515 WAC – Instream Resources Protection Program
Ecology has proposed amendments to five instream resource protection program rules, Chapters 173-507, 173-508, 173-513, 173-514, and 173-515 WAC.
Ecology has proposed rule language to amend five Instream Resource Protection Program Chapters for Water Resource Inventory Areas (WRIAs) 7 (Snohomish), 8 (Cedar-Sammamish), 13 (Deschutes), 14 (Kennedy-Goldsborough), and 15 (Kitsap). The rule amendment adds a new section to each Chapter to incorporate specific requirements outlined in RCW 90.94.030(4) and clarifies language. This rulemaking is narrow in scope and will not change already established instream flow levels.
