Chapters 173-507, 173-508, 173-513,173-514 and 173-515 WAC – Watershed Restoration Plan Rulemaking
Ecology is beginning rulemaking to amend five instream flow rules, chapters 173-507, 173-508, 173-513, 173-514, and 173-515 WAC.
Ecology is starting rulemaking to amend five Instream Flow Rules in Water Resource Inventory Areas (WRIAs) 7 (Snohomish), 8 (Cedar-Sammamish), 13 (Deschutes), 14 (Kennedy-Goldsborough), and 15 (Kitsap). We intend the rule amendments to incorporate only the specific requirements outlined in RCW 90.94.030(4) into rule, harmonize rule language with these changes, and make minor technical corrections. This rulemaking will not reopen or change instream flows or basin closures for amendment.
