CSWGP High Turbidity/Low Transparency Reporting
Sites covered under the Construction Stormwater General Permit (Permit) must take specific reporting and adaptive management actions in order to comply with permit requirements when obtaining high turbidity results (greater than or equal to 250 Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTUs)) or low transparency results (less than or equal to 6 centimeters).

CSWGP Site Inspection Form
All Permittees must inspect the construction site and monitor water discharging from the construction site. Inspections must be summarized in an Inspection Report or Checklist and kept with the Site Log Book. These requirements are listed in the CSWGP - S4.
