Lead the way at WCC

Ready to make an impact? As a crew supervisor with Washington Conservation Corps (WCC), you'll lead a crew of five WCC members as you complete projects that restore native habitats, improve outdoor recreation, and build stronger communities. Our crew supervisor positions are an opportunity to further your leadership skills, gain experience in project management, and earn professional certifications — all while enjoying the beauty of Washington's public lands.

We are always accepting applications for WCC crew supervisor positions. Our supervisors are full-time staff with the Department of Ecology. In addition to supervising and mentoring your crew of five WCC members, you'll work alongside partner organizations to lead conversation projects like riparian restoration, noxious weed control, in-stream salmon recovery work, campground improvements, trail construction and maintenance, fence construction, disaster response, and more.

Supervisor applications are accepted year-round in our regional application pools. When a position becomes available, we pull from these applicant pools.
