Please review and comment on the following:

• Draft Agreed Order: Clean Earth and Ecology have agreed on the cleanup actions for this site.
• Draft Cleanup Action Plan: This plan describes the specific steps and standards for cleaning up the site.
• Draft Public Participation Plan: This plan encourages community involvement in cleanup decisions.
• Class 3 Permit Modification: This permit modification reflects changes to the previous permit issued for the site.

How to submit comments

This public comment period opens Oct. 6, 2025 at 12 a.m. and closes Dec. 6 at 11:59 p.m.

When the public comment period ends, we will consider all comments and may change the documents based on them. After considering all comments, the documents will become final.
