Ramp Litter Cleanup Program (RLCP) grants
The Ramp Litter Cleanup Program (RLCP) is a competitive grant program that was created to provide funding to local governments for litter cleanup of state highway ramps.
Funding cycle
- Amount of funding available: Up to $500,000 (anticipated for 2025-27 biennium)
- Grant award limit: $60,000
- Amount of matching funds required: No matching funds are required
Applications are currently being accepted.
Application period opens at 8 a.m. October 15, 2025, and closes at 5 p.m. November 12, 2025
Funding is available for the following entities:
Local governments:
- Municipalities
- Counties
Litter cleanup on state ramps, including interchanges and intersections.
