Learn about the Drayton Harbor draft water quality improvement plan, now available for public comment.
We'll explain the background and purpose of the draft Drayton Harbor TMDL. We'll share ways you can help reduce bacteria levels and answer questions about what this plan means for Drayton Harbor, for you, and for your community.
This workshop will include a presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session.

The federal Clean Water Act requires states to create a TMDL — also called a water quality improvement plan — for each water body on the state’s polluted waters list. A TMDL is a science-based plan that sets a limit on how much of a pollutant a water body can receive and still meet water quality standards.
