Ecology's agreements

State law (RCW 43.21A.150) requires Ecology to publish a summary report of active agreements we have with other governmental entities as of the first week in October. The summary report includes:

• Advisory or non-binding agreements
• Agreements for funds received for work we performed
• Contracts
• Grant and loan agreements
• Leases
• Non-financial interagency agreements
