Ecology's agreements

By December 31 of each year, we are required by the state Legislature to list all of the agreements we have with governmental entities. The list includes:

• Contracts
• Grant and loan agreements
• Advisory or non-binding agreements
• Agreements for funds received for work we performed, leases, and non-financial interagency agreements

Below is a list of our active agreements as of the first week of October 2023. You can request a copy of an agreement or related records by filing a records request.
