Learn about the state fiscal year 2026 (SFY26) draft funding offer list and intended use plan (draft list).
We will hold an information meeting to present the draft list and discuss the project evaluation and funding cycle process.
This is not a public hearing. To provide comments, please use the online comment form.
We will respond to all comments received during the comment period when we publish the Final List. We expect to publish the Final List by July 1, 2025, after approval of the state’s 2025-2027 Biennial Budget.
Background
The draft list describes how we propose to use state and federal dollars to fund water quality improvement projects across the state. In addition, the draft list and other SFY26 funding cycle information is available at our Water Quality Grants webpage.
