Food and organic waste
Food waste is a leading driver of climate change. Our studies show organic materials account for 42.5% of residential waste, and food waste accounts for 10.6%.
We also have programs for composting and anearobic digestion.
To help reduce the widespread pollutant plastic, we focus on several plastics issues, many involving restrictions single-use plastics common in day-to-day life and required recycled-content.
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
We are using waste management models that fundamentally rely on producers, as a part of business, funding the recycling or disposing of their product material at the end of its life. This is known as extendend producer responsibility (EPR).
