Keeping people safe

Out of an abundance of caution to help keep people safe during the coronavirus outbreak, the exhibits at the Padilla Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve Bay are closed to the public for at least the next two weeks. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy, and appreciate your understanding in advance.

Padilla Bay is located in Skagit County at the northeast corner of Puget Sound. It's part of the Salish Sea, which includes the Straits of Juan de Fuca, Puget Sound, Hood Canal, Georgia Straits, and the waters around the Gulf and San Juan islands.
