Businesses can use TurboPlan to submit their pollution prevention (P2) plans. TurboPlan charts data over time, showing trends in production, chemical use, waste, and energy consumption.
How to access TurboPlan
TurboPlan is accessed through SecureAccess Washington (SAW). SAW is an online portal used by many state agencies that allows you to access state services with a single username and password.
To access TurboPlan you must set up a SAW account, request a PIN, and set up a TurboPlan account.
Already have a SAW account?
Go to Step 2 to request a PIN.
Note: If you have not logged into your SAW account for 24 months, your account will expire. You may need to create a new account.

You will need to ask an authorized representative of the company to email us the following information:
EPA/State ID, IRF, or CRK number.
Name of facility or business.
Facility address.
This statement: (Name of facility/business) is giving (name of individual) permission to have access to TurboPlan to submit our company’s Pollution Prevention Plan.
