Funding cycles of the Water Quality Combined Funding Program

Our Water Quality Combined Funding Program (WQC) provides annual funding to projects that improve and protect water quality throughout Washington. The program combines state and federal funding sources to provide grants and loans to these projects. We also provide technical assistance to applicants.

We have one combined funding process in each cycle, with a single application, competitive rating process, and list of funding offered. Applicants submit just one application to seek funding from all of the funding sources within the WQC.

This page provides resources for those applying for WQC funding, lists of projects that have been offered funding, and the funding program guidelines and funding conditions (depending on which cycle the offered funding came from).
