We are pleased to announce the availability of the State Fiscal Year 2026 (SFY26) Draft Funding Offer List and Intended Use Plan (Draft List) for public review and comment.
We invite your comments on the proposed list of projects.
The draft list describes how we propose to use state and federal dollars to fund water quality improvement projects across the state. In addition, the draft list and other State fiscal year 2026 funding information is available at our Water Quality Grants webpage.
Background
Our Water Quality Combined Funding Program is an integrated funding program for projects that improve and protect water quality throughout the state. The program combines grants and loans from state and federal funding sources.
