Climate Commitment Act Funds Reporting

This is the first online public hearing to discuss the Climate Commitment Act Funds Reporting rule, which was proposed on April 23.
We will accept questions as well as formal public comment at this meeting.
This rulemaking would adopt a new chapter WAC 173-446B, CCA Funds Reporting. The rule will establish reporting requirements for recipients of funding from the Climate Commitment Act accounts, so we can complete annual reports to the Legislature, as required by the Climate Commitment Act (RCW 70A.65.300).
This proposed rule:
- Defines what information recipients must report to Ecology.
- Sets requirements for recipients to report on the quantity of greenhouse gas emissions reductions that are expected to result from their funded projects.
