What is the goal?

SAM conducts long-term regional status and trends monitoring studies to learn how collective stormwater management actions are improving streams and marine waters in western Washington.

Where do we monitor?

SAM's stream and nearshore marine monitoring occurs in small streams in the Puget Sound and Lower Columbia River watersheds.

What are we learning?
