The participant agrees to prepare a portfolio of priority sites for cleanup and agrees to complete appropriate cleanup documents required under the Model Toxics Control Act:
Participants also agree to reimburse Ecology for time dedicated to their projects.
We agree to assign a Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) Site Manager to each TAAG agreement to provide site-specific technical consultations. We will need to agree to the site portfolio and project schedules.
A TAAG allows sites to efficiently reach No Further Action status. NFA opinions are issued by us when no further remedial action is needed at a site under the state cleanup regulations (Model Toxics Control Act).
