Locate brownfields
Use the Brownfield Sites List, What’s in My Neighborhood map, and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) website to find brownfields in the state of Washington.
The Brownfield Sites List shows sites that have already received funding from our Integrated Planning Grants. We are adding sites that have received EPA brownfields funding. You can filter the list by city, county, or site status, and view each site on a map.
The What’s in My Neighborhood map shows all identified cleanup sites in Washington, color coded by cleanup status. Click individual sites for more information.
The EPA's Cleanups in My Community provides information on a variety of different sites in both map and list formats. You can filter to show only brownfields. Cleanups in My Community only shows sites that have received federal funding, either directly from EPA or through an EPA grantee, such as Ecology or Commerce.
