Training for new recipients

We provide recipent training annually by webinars, that are typically held in July. See below for the most current information (dates/times of current trainings or presentations of previous trainings). We recommend recipients attend their project type training and any Environmental and Cultural Resources traning necessary.

Requirements for all projects

To be eligible for reimbursement, projects must follow the Funding Guidelines (See Chapter 2.5 and the relevant appendices).

All funded projects must adhere to the Funding Guidelines for the fiscal year of the award. Please note that the information on this page does not replace the specific guidelines below for your funding.

Best Management Practice (BMP) and Load Reduction Reporting information

All BMPs and restoration must follow the Voluntary Clean Water Guidance for Agriculture when available for the specific BMP.

Site-Specific Plans and/or Designs

Water Quality Monitoring:

  • You must contact your project team for the correct Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) template. 
    • QAPP must be reviewed and approved by Ecology before you begin. It is different than the QAPP for NEP found on the website.
