As part of the application process, applicants are asked to create a series of maps for their proposal that defines the focus area. These questions will refer to data represented in the map application above. Most of this data is available here for all applicants to refer to when creating their maps. For more information about the required maps for an application, please review Appendix N in the funding guidelines.

For applicants with access to their own GIS mapping programs, the data is available for download at the Ecology GIS data portal. Other data sources applicants are encouraged to refer to in their maps, if applicable, are also linked below. Applicants may also want to use local data, not included here, to illustrate a more refined knowledge of their proposed focus area.
