We invite you to comment on the State Waste Discharge water quality permit for Tesoro Logistics.
Co-located with the Marathon/Andeavor/Tesoro oil refinery in Anacortes, Tesoro Logistics offloads and stores crude oil from rail cars, loads and stores oil products, and operates a wharf. It sends its wastewater and stormwater to the refinery for treatment. The refinery then sends the treated wastewater to Fidalgo Bay.
- The wastewater permit application is the permit for this facility. To request a copy of the application, contact Angelina Ward at email@example.com or 360-407-6916.
