Divert Integrated Food Recovery Facility

We invite you to review and comment on the application for a water quality National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for Divert Integrated Food Recovery Facility (Divert) located at 1500 Prudential Blvd., Longview (Cowlitz County). We propose to develop this permit. Send us your views, comments or questions between July 23, 12:01 am and Aug. 27, 2024 11:59 pm.

All who respond to this notice will receive a notice of the draft permit and fact sheet when it's available for public comment and when the final permit is issued.

When the comment period ends, we'll review the comments received and make a final decision on issuing the permit.​
